The article covers the conceptual-theoretical and practical implications of Kazakhstan’s foreign policy in the context of initiating and developing Asian security maintenance processes, as well as the enhancing of such multilateral cooperation institutes’ efficiency in Asia-Pacific as Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA). In this regard in the highlight of Kazakhstan and China’s Asian vector foreign policies enactment the potential of future evolution of these structures is emphasized. In particular, the role of the Silk Road Economic Belt is analyzed through the perspective of security structures network in Eurasia.
