The 21st century is seen by many scholars as a Pacific century and a resurrection of a new geopolitical order.
The shifting of the center of power from Mediterranean Sea – where it was placed in the 14th century – to Atlantic and, nowadays, to Pacific, has generated a permanent redrawing of the spheres of influence on the global level and the rise and fall of the great powers.
The triangular relations between US, Russia and China can have the force to transform the world system by the governance of the multipolarism and it can be a key point in the transformation of Pacific into a center of power.

Secolul XXI este văzut de mulți oameni de știință drept secolul Pacificului și resurecția unei noi ordini geopolitice.

Schimbarea centrului de putere din Marea Mediterană – unde a fost plasat în secolul al XIV-lea – la Atlantic și, în zilele noastre, la Pacific, a generat o redesenare permanentă a sferelor de influență la nivel global și creșterea și decăderea marilor puteri.

Relațiile triangulare între SUA, Rusia și China pot avea forța de a transforma sistemul lumii prin guvernarea multipolarismului și pot fi un punct cheie în transformarea Pacificului în centru de putere.
