Abstract. The dynamics of the Russian-Chinese partnership’s development over the past 20 years signal the desire of the two state entities to protect their common interests against the US, which has allegedly considered them ”threats”. The reason why the chances of a new Kosovo due to Chinese and Korean migration in the Far East of Russia are reduced on short and medium terms. Lenaland’s stability is in the interest of both the Russian Federation and China.
