Abstract. Future of European Union is in uncertainty, because agreements between European leaders were not enough legitimate. UK chose to leave it because the British people no longer trusted the EU. Brexit is a good possibility and opportunity from relaunch European project. European Union is in danger because of the past mistakes that have eroded confidence in European institution and politics. European leaders believe that growth migration and euro sceptic parties are the main dangers for Europe. It is not true! European Union is not sufficiently democratic. Institutional reform and increased democratic participation are better solutions than increased act pressure over the countries that are not confident in European decision.
