Abstract. In this article, we are analysing the problems and perspectives of emerging and countering of insurgent groups in Central Asia and South Asia and their impacts to neighbour countries. Regional organizations operating in Central Asia and South Asia has lacking in case to effectively countering the foreign insurgent activities. In Soviet time the religion was in underground. The majority of population of USSR has lacks in religion educations. That’s why after collapse USSR the number of mosques has increased by thousands. In result, there was the religion renaissance ruled by foreign clerics who do not know even the basics of Islam. These factors created the favorable environments for insurgency movement in the regions.
