Subiectul: războiul cibernetic, o competiţie complicată, asimetrică şi extrem de diversă, aproape inumană, implicând întregul glob, un glob fără limite, operând în spaţiul cibernetic mai degrabă decât în teren, subiect al niciunei naţiuni şi stânjenit de nicio barieră de limbă, şi, mai presus de toate, fără conducători.
