This study reflects the evolution of the Maritime Security Forum (MSF) and marks the transition from the analysis of maritime phenomena to the development of conceptual models, analytical methods, and indicators capable of capturing the dynamics and complexity of contemporary maritime security.
The paper proposes the Maritime Strategic Ecosystem as a new fundamental unit of analysis and develops an original conceptual architecture, comprising the concepts of the Maritime Strategic Center of Gravity (MSCoG), Maritime Strategic Convergence, Maritime Strategic Resilience, Maritime Strategic Elasticity, and Maritime Cognitive Superiority, integrated through the Maritime Strategic Convergence Framework (MSCF) and the Integrated Maritime Security Architecture (IMSA). These tools are designed to facilitate a systemic analysis of the maritime domain and to support both academic research and strategic assessment and decision-making processes.
