Absract. The work is trying to explain for the first time the application of the principle of neighborhood as an element of research space geographically, using dependent and interdependent relations between the elements of the physico-geographical and social-human facilities or geographical landscapes in relation to the relations between the network infrastructure and means of transport. Analyze the application of the principle of neighborhood and in relation to other geographical elements such as, for example, the relationships between the Member under the geo-political aspect by reflecting aspects of good neighborhood and aggressive neighborhood. The condition or situation in the vicinity of one or several items and structural elements of a geographical landscape of natural and anthropogenic invoice has the ability to change, shape, evolve, on a case-by-case basis.
