Abstract. Middle East is an area with strong geoeconomic and geopolitical interferences and geostrategic confrontation space. An international concern is the normalization of the situation as a whole and of sub-regions that we call geopolitical necessity.

In our opinion, two alternative working hypotheses are emerging: the construction of the New Middle East or the reconstruction of the Extensive Middle East. The major international actors, especially the US, are called upon to unite the efforts of the international community in dynamic, viable and sustainable modeling plans.
