Abstract. This article presents a series of aspects regarding the provisions for agricultural commodities based on price volatility in order to develop and maintain food security in the Caucasian Region. We will try to analyze some factors that can influence the building of food security only in direct connection with agriculture potential, price volatility in order to ensure and create a proper food security in Caucasian region. Sustainable agriculture development is a new type of human strategy that meets current needs of local, regional and global food security. In practice, as international organizations1 already declared, food security depends on giving the people the proper nutritious and healthy goods that enable them to develop social, political and economic activities.
In this research paper, we will fully focus on the main agricultural commodities from the Caucasian Region starting from the 17th new Sustainable Development Goals declared, approved and assumed in 2015, from all the United Nations members states.
