Abstract. Information warfare and ideology are key issues for analyzing regional security context and the influence of several intangible vectors of symbolic aggression and propaganda. Distribution of power has different combined variables like economy, religion, demography, military and politics. The Black Sea security environment is strongly influenced by state actors’ interests and by the alliance’s policy. Changes in Turkey and Ukraine modify the geopolitical composition of the neighborhood stability.
