Abstract. Au fost necesari 55 ani pentru a avea în prezent Internetul, sistemul curent care sprijină economia în toată lumea. Internetul a avut un impact social major pentru că a schimbat modul în care oamenii relaţionează unii cu ceilalţi. Ceea ce a fost considerată una din cele mai mari descoperiri ale secolului XX s-a dovedit a fi o sursă de insecuritate pentru mulţi dintre noi, dar din nefericire nu ne mai putem descurca făra ea.

În acest articol, aducem în atenţie unele probleme de securitate cauzate de multele breşe pe care Internetul continuă să le aibă şi facem unele recomandări pentru prevenţia incidentelor posibile.

Abstract. It took 55 years to have the Internet today, the current system which supports worldwide economy. The Internet had a major social impact because it changed the way people relate to each other. What was considered as the greatest discovery of the 20th century proved to be a source of insecurity for many of us, but unfortunately today we can not manage without it.

In this article, we bring into attention some security issues caused by the many flaws that the Internet continues to have and make several recommendations to prevent possible incidents.
