The force of law is fundamental for a good administration and good governance inside states. In the same time, there is necessary to have the same proportion of force of law on the international relations. We cannot accept a daily life without law, because the security of persons will disappear. States are on the same position and their dimensions are able to make some of them victims of great powers much frequently.
What’s happen now in Eastern Europe was not predictable for many “specialists” of this region. However, history teaches us that some strategies are the same every time for some states.
Our text don’t try to describe too much state’s actions, just the legal framework of today’s realities in Eastern Europe. Is not only a short legal description of some complicate problems, but also an invitation for study: history, law and, as always, the psychology of political leaders.
