We believe based on the wisdom of our leadership, that the only way to consolidate peace, end armed violence, and achieve sustainable develop-ment for all peoples, especially those suffering from the scourges of conflicts, require us to fully open up and engage in a constructive dialogue among civilizations, reject hatred and cooperate for the sake of all humanity.
