Abstract. Tot ce ştim despre securitate trebuie reevaluat după evenimentele din 11 septembrie 2001, deoarece a lipsit capacitatea de anticipare şi teroriştii au profitat de această situaţie şi trebuie să înfruntăm un război asimetric.

Abstract. Everything we know about security should be reset since the 11 Sept. 2001 events, because the anticipation capacity had lacked and the terrorists took full advantage of this situation and we had to face an asymmetric war.
