China made agreements with Cuba to create the biggest spy complex that can listen the USA, for which they are ready to spend uncontrollable amount of money. The exact location of the center is still not very clear. But this center will be able to conduct all the electronic surveillance on the East Coast of the USA, including on all the military bases in the USA.
Florida has 21 military bases, including the center of the military command in Tampa, and the other eastern states also have bases, including the biggest base in Fort Liberty in North Carolina.
Russia also showed increased interest in Cuba in the last months. The Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov recently visited Cuba and other Central American countries. It is not quite sure if Russia will revive its radio location center in Lourdes, Cuba, which was the same spy complex targeting the USA in the past. The complex was closed in 2001 but now Cuba showed really strategic support for the Ukrainian invasion and is willing to continue the strategic cooperation with Russia against the isolation and the severe sanctions on the island from the USA.
There is no data about the new intentions of the Russians. That is exactly what I was talking when mentioned that the war in Ukraine will not be solved for the Russians, if they don’t attack the sovereignty and security of the USA in the same way USA are threatening theirs. It wont be surprising if Russia dislocate nuclear weapons in Cuba and will repeat the scenario the “Bay of the pigs” No 2, when the USA and the Soviets were closest to nuclear war in 1961 during the president Kennedy. Now his nephew is running for president and the escalation is close to the sixties.
